We will have a chat and free movement assessment to explore you and understand your body and see whether we are a right match. We discuss lifestyle and available time to construct a programme that allows you to complete.

Programme Building
I will plan a 5 or 10 week programme that is designed to fit your body and energy levels and adapted to your lifestyle and goals.

-Free 30 min consultation and movement assessment to explore you and understand your body.
-10 classes from the comfort of your own home.
-Additional stretch and/or strength exercises to do in your own time

5 or 10 class beginner programme
Recommended to anyone who is starting from ground up.
This program consists of 10 classes, specially tailored to you. Understanding the nature of chronic illness these classes will work with your energy levels to be completed in a time frame that works best for your body.
5 classes - £270
10 classes - £500
includes:
-Start-up consultation to explore you and understand your body, fitness level and goals.
-1-6 workout sessions a week (depending on level, time availability and goal).
-Weekly check-ins to assess progress and energy levels and discuss the program for the week.
-Nutritional advice.
-Available for any queries or questions via WhatsApp.
Monthly online programme
Recommended for people who have an experience of workout based programs and understanding of form and movement patterns.
This month programme consists of 1-3 workouts per week, to be done with whatever equipment you have available from whatever location best suits you
£95 per month or
6 months upfront for £85 per month
Included :
-Start-up consultation to explore you and understand your running level, what you wish to achieve and/or any races you have planned.
-1-6 running sessions a week (depending on level and goal).
-Extra advice on running drills, strength and conditioning.
-Weekly check-ins to assess progress and energy levels and discuss the program for the week.
-Nutrition and fuelling advice.
-Race day preparation and race day advice.
-Available for any queries or questions via whatsapp.
Running Programme
This month programme is to help you run better, longer and faster without injury, no matter your ability.
£60 per month or
6 months upfront for £55 per month
individual classes
I offer running assessment for recommendations on form and exercises to improve running economy and injury prevention.
1:1 yoga class
Or pay as you go for workout classes specialised to your body, energy and level.
